What exactly is Rosco & Staffy?

📦 Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is available on some products.

Is delivery free?
Yes, for all orders over €50. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to weight and destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver in mainland France, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

Can I return a product?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. Personalized engraved medallions are not eligible for return.

How do I exchange a size?

📏 Sizes & Advice

How to choose the right size for a harness or collar?
Measure your dog's chest circumference (just behind the front legs) with a soft tape measure. Consult the size guide on each product page. If in doubt, take the size above — a harness that is too tight is uncomfortable and dangerous.

My Bull Terrier weighs 25 kg, what size?
Generally, size L for a standard BT. But every dog is different — rely on the chest circumference rather than the weight.
