Return Period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in new condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Eligible Products

• Custom engraved tags
• Products worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Used toys (for hygiene reasons)

Return Procedure

1. Send an email to contactfluxory@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide you with the return address.
3. Ship the package (return shipping costs are your responsibility).
4. Upon receipt and verification, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Size Exchanges

Wrong harness or collar size? Don't panic. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange. No additional fees for the first exchange.

Defective Product?

If you receive a defective or damaged product during shipping, contact us immediately with photos. We will send you a new product free of charge.
