General Terms and Conditions of Sale — Rosco & Staffy

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the roscoandstaffy.com website, operated by Fluxory, registered in Dubai (UAE).

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not contractual. In case of error, the seller's liability cannot be engaged. All products are subject to availability.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are extra and indicated before order validation. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed at the time of the order will be the only one applicable.

Article 4 – Order

The validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these GTC. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of supply problems, obvious pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. A delay in delivery cannot result in the cancellation of the order, damages, or a reduction in price. For more details, consult our Delivery Policy.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contactfluxory@protonmail.com and return the product(s) in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions: Personalized products (engraved tags) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 – Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Dog accessories must be used under the owner's supervision.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order is used exclusively for its processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data. To exercise this right, contact contactfluxory@protonmail.com.

Article 11 – Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the seller's registered office.
